Are You a Shit Eater?

Because you eat shit food on a consistent basis, you have a shitty outside appearance - you are fat, you have rolls, and you just don't feel good. Believe me, I know. Shit food essentially is the food we all love but it is very high in calories and low in nutritional content. So besides the great taste, which probablly only lasts ten seconds before you swallow, there is no point in eating shit food.

How Can You Stop Being a Shit Eater?

Just stop! Recently, Jenny McCarthy stopped consuming processed sugar after reading a book called, "Sugar Blues." In her blog, Jenny does not mention that she prepared to stop eating sugar, she just did. At times she cites the difficulties, but she has found healthy alternatives to her favorites - fruit sweetened jam without processed sugar and other fruit alternatives.

Stopping your shit eating habits takes a commitment. Jenny gave herself a thirty day trial to stop eating sugar. So far, success! There are many benefits to not eating shit - you get skinny, your face clears up, your energy levels transform, and you don't always have this strange drowsy medicated feeling after eating meals.
