How did Steve Lose All that Weight?
In August 2007, Steve Shih in seek of absolving the enormous gut that hung so closely to his frame, sought out the help of Athletic Body Solution owner and trainer Christopher Johnson. By January 2008, he lost an amazing 76lbs from the previous 260lbs he previously carried and has not looked back since then. Before discovering Athletic Body Solution located in Culver City, CA, Steve would need to use knee braces on his ailing joints on a daily basis as he consumed enormous amounts of pizza and beer.
By the enthusiasm of his devoted wife, Jennifer, Steve sought the services of our nutrition and fitness center. Athletic Body Solution placed Steve Shih on a weight loss program immediately. The weekly program consists of four forty-five minute cardio sessions mainly of walking at a slightly labored pace. Additionally, Steve would complete three half-hour weekly sessions of weight training and labor intensive cardio boxing with his trainer. These days instead of divulging in pizza and beer as his typical nightly ritual, Steve eats a small balanced meal every two to three hours consisting of protein, non-modified simple and complex carbohydrates, and small percentage of fats.
Following this program even with the occasional slip ups resulted in significant weight loss in a small time frame. Today Steve is continuing on his journey of health at Athletic Body Solution. Currently, he weighs 185 pounds and enjoys a happier, healthier, and more active life.
