Britney Spears has grown up right before our eyes. Who can forget the young star on the cover of Rolling Stones Magazine? The beautiful singer is known for her sexy, bikini abs.

Lately, Britney Spears’ fat has become news. Britney is not a young, teen-ager any more. The cheetos, frappucinos, and big gulps have caught up to her. Her ripped abs has been seen as more of a jelly belly. And rolls have gathered on her backside.

Of course pregnancy has much to do with Britney’s changed figure. Aging also plays a key role. As Britney grows into adulthood, her body ages as well. When we are young, our metabolism is fast and furious, while as we age, metabolism slows down. Our body has a hard time processing those late nights with alcohol and junk food.

Luckily, like Britney Spears, we can transform our bodies back to what it was in its youth. We can boost our metabolism back to its height and re-build muscle.

The first thing Britney did was re-haul her kitchen. She got rid of the junk food, soda, and frappucinos. And ate more protein and fiber. She accelerated her metabolism by eating every three hours. Coming out of a messy, public divorce, Britney engaged in serious cardio through heavy dance rehearsals lasting several hours a day. Britney doesn’t spend all her time on a boring treadmill, but rather engaged in activities she likes and is productive to her craft.
