Fat Burning Workout

Fast weight loss is simple. It involves eating nutrient dense foods in appropriate times. You must drink water and workout smart, not hard. Follow this free workout and weight loss plan and you can finally lose that stubborn belly fat as well.

Number one – Abs are made in the kitchen. To get sexy, bikini abs or to finally reveal killer abs you must eat clean and healthy. Clean foods are those made by God, not chemists. Foods made from granulated sugar, white flour, salt, syrup, food coloring, oils, etc. are not the best food of choice when you want to obtain sexy abs. So avoid at all costs – foods in plastic packages, sugar, bread, juice, soda, ketchup, salad dressing, candy, cake, cookies, muffins, bagels, etc. Yup all the good stuff.

But you can eat steak, chicken, tuna, salads, fruits, and nuts. Eat every three hours to keep your metabolism blazing. Beef up on the protein as well.

Once you get this step down, consider drinking more water. Drink at least 2-3 liters of water per day. I have a sneaking sense, that your body is really thirsty and could be holding on to water weight for dear life. By drinking more water or green tea, you allow the body to relax and let go of water weight.

Next step – cardio. Cardio. Cardio. Cardio baby. Cardio is the best fat burning exercise by far. If you have belly fat to lose, engage in heavy fat blasting – high intensity interval training. This is where you do cardio that jacks up your heart rate and slows it down in intervals. This is the best way to lose belly fat and get a flat stomach. And you don’t have to spend hours doing it.

Lastly, lift some weights or do some toning moves. Muscle burns up calories. One weight training session burns more calories than one fat burning cardio session. In addition, the weight lifting workout continues to burn calories even after you put the weights down.
