5 Reasons Not to Join a Big Gym

Don't waste your precious money and time in big gyms. There are many reasons not to - you'll never go, you won't see results, you don't know hot to train yourself, and you still need to eat a fairly clean diet.

1. You'll never go. Yes, you may go for the first week or so but the enthusiasm will die down and before long you've missed weeks of going to the gym.

2. Gyms don't have affordable personal trainers. Personal trainers and weight loss professionals know the science behind weight loss. They can teach you the proper form of exercises. Trainers will guide you on the proper sequence of exercises for ultimate fat burning.

Without this valuable information, you will wander aimlessly in the big gym from machine to machine. Weeks will go by and you won't see nay results. You will become discouraged and soon give up.

3. Big gyms don't provide you with nutritional coaching. Face it, great, sexy abs are made in the kitchen. Having an amazing diet plan that makes you feel full, boosts your metabolism, and builds muscle is imperative to any weight loss plan. Big gyms do not guide you on what to eat. They don't show what to eat for energy, metabolism boosting, and muscle building.

4. Big gyms won't push you. As you wander from machine to machine talking to your friends and associates wondering what machine to work on next, you lose precious time. In addition, your heart rate goes back to resting heart rate and you won't see results.
