Protein Rich Diet - Day #1
So, I'll admit it ... since having my full time job, I have gained about fifteen pounds of fat. And since summer is coming soon and the weather in Los Angeles calls for the cutest little tops and skirts, there is urgency in getting the ugly fat off me now.
That's why I am putting my information from the drop-the-belly.com to the test. I am going on a four week protein rich diet. This diet involves no processed carbohydrates at all. So no bread, cereal, pasta, cookies, sugar, pastries, rice, noodles, etc.
Instead, I'll be eating tuna, chicken, shrimp, steak and eggs. I can eat a handfull of fruit in the morning. In addition, I can have as much fibrous vegetables and nuts that I want.
I can still eat fun stuff like pizza and cheese burgers. I just can't eat the bread part - no hamburger buns and no perfect pizza crust. I expect to lose ten pounds within a month.
I will post update pictures and measurements periodically.
Today I had cottage cheese in the morning. I had sugar free jello for a snack. Lunch was a three ounce steak. Later, I ate a handful of almonds. For dinner, I had the best Pollo Asada from Baja Buds.
