I am loving how I can still eat pizza and hamburgers and still be ALL GOOD with my diet. How? I just scoop off the yummy cheese and pepperoni and toss the crust away. Or I'll eat the hamburger without the bun. I do wipe off the sauce as they have hidden sugars in them.
I've been working out like crazy. I've really been pushing the weights. Lifting weights burns crazy calories. And since I am not eating simple carbohydrates, my body is forced to go into it's fat reserves to pull out energy for me to do my workouts! Yes!
Also, I do not want to look flabby after this four week diet. I do mostly lower body workouts. Like most women, I typically carry more fat around my hips. My love handles are so dear to me, but it is time for them to go.
So, I do squats, lunges, jump rope, side lunges, etc. Then I move on to ab workouts - plank, bicycles, penguins, etc. I am so excited to see the end of four weeks. I hope I don't mess up.
