Homemade Colon Cleanse Recipes

As stated in previous texts, there is no science to prove the benefits of a colon cleanse. But I know it works for fast weight loss. But you have to do your research and be careful that you don't put all the weight back on.

Juicing by far is the easiest way to do a colon cleanse. You take your favorite juice and vegetables stick them in a juicer or blender and voila you have juice. You sip on your juice all day. Do not eat meat, dairy, or processed foods while you are doing your cleanse.

In the mornings, I usually juice watery things like apples, celery, and lettuce. You feel really energized. Its really euphoric. It makes you wonder what's really in that processed food and meat to make you feel so miserable.

For lunch and dinner, I puree tomatoes, bell pepper and other veggies. I add dried red pepper flakes, cumin, or curry powder for flavor. Its almost like soup. I never get hungry and it does not feel like a diet or colon cleanse.

Other Recipes

Try making green tea with just raw honey and cinammon.

Place 2 tbsp of coriander powder and cumin seed powder with a little flax seed oil into a vegetable concotion. This will definitely clean you out.

Purple grapes, with apples, and celery blenderized is a great fulfilling drink.

When you finish your colon cleanse (I only recommend being on this for 1-2 days at the most), start back to solid foods slowly. Otherwise you will gain weight back. Eat a ton of salads with oil and vinegar as the dressing. Eat soups, but stay away from the one's that have a dairy/cream base for now. Have a piece of dry toast in the morning. Just go slow.
