How to Lose Twenty Pounds of Belly
I needed to lose twenty pounds fast as summer was coming and I wanted to look HOT!
So here is how I did it. I did not eat any processed carbs - I didn't eat sugar. Sugar and alcohol is why so many people have bellies. All the things I love, was making me have the ugliest belly.
I didn't eat bread. I didn't eat anything that was packaged in plastic. I traded soda, juice, and coffee for water and hot tea.
This made me lose at least seven pounds.
I would eat every three hours. I only ate chicken. I love pollo asada from Baja Bud's. I had tuna with onions. I ate eggs for breakfast. I ate fruit only in the morning. Veggies, like broccoli florets and cucumber helped me from going hungry. Sugar free jello is awesome too.
The treadmill was my best friend. I would run everyday - sometimes on an incline, sometimes slow, sometimes fast. I would just put my iPod on and run every day. I needed to be sweaty. Sometimes I would do it twice a day for forty five minutes.
The last thing that saved me from being fat was fasting at night. After six pm, I would not eat a thing. Some nights I would have to go to sleep early, just so I wouldn't eat. But it worked.
This summer, I plan to lose another ten pounds. Wish me luck.
