How Did Jessica Simpson Lost Her Belly So Fast?

Jessica Simpson, like most celebrities are under so much pressure to look great. Finding love, like most of us, Jessica gained a little weight. Fat pictures of Jessica Simpson were all over the place.

If you look at recent pictures of Jessica, she has trimmed down noticeably. How?

By dropping the love, happy food, like cake, cookies, ice cream - and replacing them with chicken and vegetables, Jessica Simpson has managed to drop an estimated 10 pounds in two weeks.

In addition, Jessica is probablly doing high intensity interval training or HIIT. HIIT, is a form of cardiovascular exercise that is most effective than any other exercise at burning fat. She most likely does intense cardiovascular session for forty-five minutes per day, sometimes even twice a day.
