How To Get Rid of Love Handles, Spare Tires, and Belly Fat Fast
To lose fat and to lose fat permanently requires you to change your life completely. You have love handles, you have a belly, and you have a spare tire for a reason. You choose to be this way. Every time you put a piece of cake in your mouth, you are choosing to have that spare tire. Nobody is born with love handles, spare tires, and twenty extra pounds of fat. Your bad choices caused you to gain weight.
There is great news, however. You can choose to be healthy as well. As you slowly change your environment and lifestyle to embrace your desire to be thin and healthy, weight will fall off you quickly. That's just how the world works.
Choose any cardio activity that you want. Say, you choose dancing. Dance to your favorite song in your living room at a moderate pace. Then turn on some salsa music or something really fast and dance as fast as you can. Work up a sweat. Use all your energy, movement, and enthusiasm into it. Work your hips and abdomen. Then when you think you can do it any longer, switch back to the normal dancing. Then go back to the fast dancing. Try to sustain this pattern for thirty to forty-five minutes a day.
You can do interval training with other activities as well. I always choose running, boxing, or swimming. There is no reason not to do cardio on a daily basis. Its fun and time just flies by when you are doing this method. Try it.
Next tackle food habits. Invite your co-workers to the salad bar. Or bring your own lunch to work. Trade coffee and juice for water. Do a workplace challenge, where you and your co-workers challenge each other to lose weight. Take a group yoga class or cardio class.
Slowly cut out sugar, white flour, processed foods and salt from your diet. The simple way to do this is to go on a detox or liver flush. Once finished with the detox, implement an 80% raw diet - where the 20% of non - raw food would be consumed in the AM hours preferably before noon. Really try placing your best effort into your health - treat it right with fruits and vegetables. Avoid the processed foods that filled with cancer causing chemicals, dyes, and preservatives that make you fat.
Watch your love handles disappear. But keep in mind, they are usually the last item to completely disappear. Have patience and just focus on health.
