How to Lose Weight Quickly

The best way to lose belly fat fast is to drastically change your routine. Your body will have no choice but to drop weight. Remember beginning a weight loss program and having great success in the beginning but to end up in a plateau. You then get frustrated and stop using your weight loss program. So to get fast weight loss, do something drastically different.

Do it consistently for 10 days and you will notice dramatic changes in your body as long as you put forth dramatic effort.

For example, when I need to lean up quickly, I will do cardio 2x a day every day. I won’t eat anything with sugar or carbs. At the end of two weeks, I am much leaner and more defined.

I’ll always do this if I have a dress to fit into or a party to go to. I’ll do crazy workouts and eat just chicken and veggies. It works every time. But I don’t do it for longer than two weeks. You have to gradually go back into your lifestyle or you will gain the weight back so fast.

So in the mornings I’ll add carbs, but will continue on with the protein for the rest of the day. I’ll do cardio every other day and start lifting serious weights. The weights will build muscle and prevent my metabolism from shutting down, while allowing for a higher calorie intake.
