These items are now banned from your mouth - Don't eat white flour, sugar, packaged foods, processed foods, junk food, soda, or juice. Instead, maintain a very clean diet for forty-five days. Consume protein and complex carbohydrates only. For breakfast have steel cut oats with a low calorie, protein powder mixed in. Or have scrambled eggs with a piece of fruit. Keep calories per meal at or around 200 calories.
Two hours later, you will have a snack. Try string cheese or cottage cheese. An apple will keep you from being famished. Combine the apple with a handful of your favorite nuts.
Two to three hours later, have lunch. I always have chicken breast with a side salad (no dressing). Or I will eat tuna with celery sticks. Make sure you have a protein source with a complex carb - veggies.
For a mid-afternoon snack, I'll have a handful of raw almonds or cottage cheese again. I will follow this up with dinner in three hours. Dinner will be my favorite 3 ounces of steak with asparagus spears in a little olive oil.
As you can see, no meal allows for bread or other processed carbohydrates, yet these meals would not be considered high protein as they employ the benefits of complex carbohydrates.
Combine this meal plan with the daily high intensity cardiovascular sessions and you will have success. People will see your abs in no time. I can't wait to see you in your low rise jeans and muscle tee.
