How To Make Your Abs Show

The best way to develop your sexy stomach and love handles is to burn off ugly belly fat. There are two outstanding ways to burn the belly fat: cardiovascular exercise and a clean nutrition plan. Of course, if you implement resistance training (weights) and adequate water intake, you will see much faster results.

Everyone has a great six-pack underneath their bellies. Cardiovascular exercise or cardio reveals a sexy stomach in no time. How to Make Your Abs Show?Cardiovascular exercise combined with high intensity interval training, can help you lose 10-15 pounds of ugly belly fat in one month.

What is high intensity interval training? Say you choose walking as your form of cardiovascular exercise. Walk at a leisurely pace for five minutes - just to warm up. Then, walk for a minute at a higher intensity at a speed you can handle. Let's call this minute, your base minute. Following your base min, you will do another minute, but this time you will speed walk. This intense one minute of speed walking, should leave you out of breath and sweaty as you return to the base minute. You will repeat this process - one minute at base, the next minute at high intensity. Repeat this process until you hit a total of thirty-five minutes. Use another five minutes to cool down.

In six weeks, you may lose 15 - 23 pounds of pure fat. Of course this depends on how clean your eating habits remain. These items are now banned from your mouth - Don't eat white flour, sugar, packaged foods, processed foods, junk food, soda, or juice. Also, try to stay away from artificial sugar as this may cause bloating. Carbs will KILL your six pack.

Instead, maintain a very clean diet for forty-five days. Consume protein and complex carbohydrates only. For breakfast have steel cut oats with a low calorie, protein powder mixed in. Or have scrambled eggs with a piece of fruit. Keep calories per meal at or around 200 calories.

Two hours later, you will have a snack. Try string cheese or cottage cheese. An apple will keep you from being famished. Combine the apple with a handful of your favorite nuts.

Two to three hours later, have lunch. I always have chicken breast with a side salad (no dressing). Or I will eat tuna with celery sticks. Make sure you have a protein source with a complex carb - veggies.

For a mid-afternoon snack, I'll have a handful of raw almonds or cottage cheese again. I will follow this up with dinner in three hours. Dinner will be my favorite 3 ounces of steak with asparagus spears in a little olive oil.

As you can see, no meal allows for bread or other processed carbohydrates, yet these meals would not be considered high protein as they employ the benefits of complex carbohydrates.

Combine this meal plan with the daily high intensity cardiovascular sessions and you will have success. People will see your abs in no time. I can't wait to see you in your low rise jeans and muscle tee.
