Kim Kardashian Wants a Six Pack

Kim Kardashian has an amazing, curvy body with a beautiful ass and sexy hips. Kim has a body we all envy. Kim has a superb workout routine, that Reggie Bush designed for her.

Kim has whittled down her waist and thighs, working out for one to two hours a day. Cardio is key with her, but she is not afraid to tone up with pilates and light weights.

Kim has been shown on her television show to eat salads and drink water. This is key for not gaining any weight and not feeding the fat already present. She is doing an excellent job at losing weight and looking great and confident.

Ms. Kim has told several magazines that she will have a six pack by summer. I believe her. This beautiful Kardashian sister is amazing at keeping her body tone up and complying with a weight loss regimen.
