Jay's Life
I've never been fat, but I've never been super skinny either. I've always been the happy medium - and for the most part I have been happy with that. I've always had legs and ass and I have never had excess fat on my thighs. However, even at my lowest weight of 115lbs, I never had my abs show.
It's been my silent heartache, I really want my abs to show. At one point, I did have a belly ring, but I had the flat stomach, but by no means were abs showing.
I've always had the little pooch and the little extra weight. Granted I am happy with the way I look - I love the curviness of my body - like Kim Kardashian, but I just want to be a little tighter.
The problem with me is that I can't stick with a diet plan. I know what to do to make my abs show, just for some reason I can't stick with it. I know protein diets really work for me as they have in the past. I will get to 5lbs within goal and just sabatoge myself. Sometimes, I feel like Oprah. I have a great job, money, a good guy, etc ... I just can't get to this one goal.
Anyways, one day I will get there. I will just continue on with my HIIT cardio and weight training. One day, I will get back on the diet plan.
