Protein Smoothie Recipe
I love protein shakes. It makes me feel like I am doing something really good for myself. I know that protein is essential for building really nice, lean muscle. So, I hope you enjoy my very simple recipe for a protein smoothie.
Ingredients
- ripe banana
- frozen raspberries 1/4 cup
- 1 cup of low fat milk
- two scoops of myoplex lite protein powder (chocolate)
- *if desired 1/2 tbsp of nestle quick chocolate milk powder
Directions
Combine all the ingredients into the blender. Place on blend for thirty seconds and then on whip for ten seconds. Pour. Enjoy.
The chocolate milk helps give the shake a better flavor - more chocolatey! But you do not have to include it. Also you can add ice at the end.
