Visualize Your Way to a Belly Free Body

You will never lose weight until your mind joins you on your quest. What are you telling yourself and the universe? I'll never be skinny. I'll never be belly free. I'll never look good. It's too hard. If that is what you're sending out to the universe, guess what - the universe, our genie, will resound with, "Yes. You will never be skinny. You'll never have the body of your dreams."

Your mind is your best-friend and biggest enemy. Remember all the enthusiasm you had waiting for the upcoming Monday to start. Monday, you would start with your diet and exercise program - to fail that afternoon if not much sooner. Seriously, how long did you sustain your new fitness program before quitting?

Your will, enthusiasm, motivation, and plain desire to achieve the body of your greatest desire must be fierce.

How do you sustain your desire and motivation without faltering and letting your mind talk you into quitting. Use visualization and meditation every day. Create a quite space for yourself. Sit down in a relaxed manner and just breathe. Breathe. Concentrate on your breath. If a thought occurs - acknowledge it and dismiss it. And then go back to your breath. When you feel relaxed and in good vibrations with the universe, begin visualizing yourself with your idea of the perfect body.

Sit with that image and allow it to become you. Feel in that moment what it is like to be in that body. What are you wearing? How does it feel? Who are you with? Just let how you feel empower you. If you feel enthusiastic in this meditation and happy, then your mind is in agreement with your desires. If however, you feel anxiety or stress about what you are visualizing, you are not ready to take on a weight loss program.

In that event, visualize and meditate every day until you reach that happy place where your mind and soul agree on how your body should look. Otherwise do not attempt to diet or exercise, because you will fail - if your mind is not 100% with you. You will be disappointed yet another time.

Another neat trick is to meditate or stop and breathe when you have a craving for something naughty. Every time you are reaching for something that you shouldn't eat - just breathe. The breathing takes you back to your visualization process - your drive, motivation, and enthusiasm for you goal will instantly be remembered. Try it.
