Weight Lifting Program
Weight lifting is essential for maintaining that desirable figure. Everyone likes abdominals, killer triceps, a shapely ass, toned thighs that attracts everyone's attention.
In order to keep fat off you and boost your metabolism, weight lifting must be a priority. Guys need to weight train as well, in order to gain weight.
The pyramid method by far is the best means of putting quality, lean muscle on your body frame. To effectively do this you will need to do four sets of 15, 13, 10, and 8 repetitions respectively. Choose a weight range that is challenging, but one in which you can maintain great form.
Say you are doing chest flies. Start with a weight that you can sufficiently handle, but towards the end of the set you will begin to feel it. Do 15 repetitions at this weight. Next, add 3-5 more pounds. Stretch and then continue with 13 repetitions. Do another thirty second stretch, then proceed to do 10 repetitions at a 3-5lb higher weight range. At this point, your muscles should be sore. Stretch again and try to complete the last set of 8 repetitions.
This last set should be extremely difficult. You may not be able to finish the last set and that's okay.
The pyramid method by far is the most effective at building muscles. Weight lifting is imperative for any weight loss program. It helps boost your metabolism and prevents you from looking unhealthy and flabby.
