What is My Ideal Weight?
Your ideal weight is that number on the scale where you feel good about yourself. You are eating healthy and frequently. You engage in physical activity regularly. And thus, your body just naturally gravitates toward this certain number on the scale. It is at this body weight where you can move quickly and with agility and not be winded at the end of the task.
It is at my ideal body weight where I don’t have to step on the scale every day. I don’t have to worry about the occasional slice of pizza causing havoc on my body. My ideal weight is the weight my body naturally craves. Not too fat. Not too skinny.
