Why Raw Food Weight Loss Works

Going on a raw food diet will have you dropping at least 7-10lbs in a week fast. You can eat fresh foods and not have to workout at all to enjoy this fast fat loss.

Fresh fruits and vegetables without hormones have fewer calories than the typical cookie or bowl of pasta. You would have to eat tons of vegetables to equate to the amount of calories in a slice of pizza perhaps. Lettuce, cucumbers, watermelon is essentially made up of water. Water has no calories. It is impossible to get fat from a salad, green vegetables and even fresh fruits.

In order for your raw food diet to work, you must eat. You have to eat six or seven times a day as the calories in raw food is virtually none.
