Free Workout Plan - Workout at Home

Don’t have a gym membership? Don’t let that stop you. Workout at home. Working out at home saves you so much money and it’s very feasible to do. You don't need fancy equipment. You can workout without weights.

Many of you have cable television. Several of these cable and satellite companies have on demand services. These services enable you to download or watch the workout program of your choice. There are many famous celebrity trainers with new workout programs for free to view.

I have Time Warner Cable. Their on demand services allow me to download or watch workout videos of my choice. I love Jillian Michaels’ workouts – they are amazing and awfully gruesome at the same time. Carmen Electra’s dance routine videos are fun and work up a great sweat.

If you don’t want to use a video, you can also workout at home otherwise. Make yourself your own cardio workout, a true fat burning workout.

For instance, you can run in place for one minute. Do a set of lunges. After you finish your lunges, run in place again for one minute. Follow up with thirty squats and another set of lunges. Then immediately go back to running in place or do some jumping jacks.

For upper body, do thirty push-ups. Run in place or perform high knee kicks for one minute. Do some tricep dips. Run in place again. Go back to push-ups. There are a plethora of exercises you can do at home for free. Be creative. It will work for you. Whatever you choose, be consistent to see results.
